Elizabeth Paashaus

Elizabeth Paashaus is your modern renaissance woman. She travels the country full-time with her husband and two kids in their self-converted school bus. She enjoys perfecting new skills like learning to cook and enjoy vegetables later in life than she wants to admit, and creating perfect loaves of sourdough bread that she photographs in outdoor settings as a hobby. She has a degree in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University, yet her interests and expertise run the gamut from digital to pioneer times. Backpacking long trails over multiple weeks and creating the dried meals for these expeditions are equally enticing to her varied interests. On any given day you are equally likely to find Elizabeth stretching dough, meticulously spreadsheeting meals for her next adventure, creating diagrams and instructions for wood stove installations, or soldering wire and crimping PVC on a home plumbing repair project.
